How long does processing take?

Processing takes 1–2 business days.

Each item is made to order, so please allow us time to prepare your order with care before it ships.

When will I receive my order?

After processing, production and shipping take 3–5 business days.

Overall, your order should arrive within 5–10 business days from the time you place it.

*We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

At this time, Sowing The Seeds only ships within the United States.

We hope to expand internationally in the future!

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note that once the package is handed to the courier, Sowing The Seeds is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages, or courier issues.

Shipping carriers may experience unusual delays due to weather, holidays, or high-volume seasons.

Are all sales final?

Yes — all sales are final.

Because every item is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once your order has shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery (based on USPS tracking).

Email us at hello.sowingtheseeds@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item(s) and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and do our best to make it right!

What happens if my package is lost or sent back to you?

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete upon placing the order (including apartment or unit numbers).

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

If you realize you made a mistake with your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can correct it before it ships.

Do you offer refunds if my package is delayed?

Unfortunately, no. Once a tracking number is provided, we cannot issue refunds for shipping delays, as these are outside of our control.
